At the end of every
case we invite our clients to comment upon how we have dealt with
their case. We send them a "client feedback
questionnaire".
The
Questionnaires have been sent since 2002 and the data below comes
from questionnaires issued between June 2010 and September 2011. The statistical data
is available for inspection at our Hove office.
Overall
level of service
97.1% of clients
were "very satisfied" or "fairly
satisfied" with our overall level of service.
How
informative did you find our staff?
98.5% found our
staff "very good" or "fairly good".
How well
did we keep you up to date?
94.1% said
we did this "very well" or "fairly well".
We are delighted
at these results, especially bearing in mind that many clients face
serious criminal charges or are detained involuntarily in hospital
where difficult outcomes are inevitable.
