At
the end of every case we invite our clients to comment upon how we
have conducted their case. We send them a "client feedback
questionnaire".
The Questionnaires were issued between November 2002 and October 2004
and the statistical data is available for inspection at our offices.
Overall level of service
77.1% of clients were "very satisfied". 18.6% were
"fairly satisfied".
How informative did you find our staff?
84.3% found our staff "very good" and 11.4% "fairly
good"
How well did we keep you up to date?
77.1% said we did this "very well" and 17.1% set that
we did it "fairly well".
95.6% of our clients said that they would recommend us to someone
else that needed legal advice.
We are delighted at these results, especially bearing in mind that many
clients face serious criminal charges or are detained involuntarily in
hospital where difficult outcomes are inevitable.
