David
recently celebrated 30 years as a Solicitor, qualifying in 1978
after completing a Law degree at Leeds University. During his career
he has practised in many areas of law but always with an emphasis on
Litigation and Advocacy. He was formerly a Partner and ran a
successful Legal Aid department at a firm in Hailsham, where he
worked for 18 years. He later joined Heringtons in Eastbourne and
since 2002 has practised exclusively in Criminal Law. He joined
Bishop and Light in 2008.
David
is a former member of the Law Society Child Care Panel and is a
current Duty Solicitor.
Between
1993 and 1998 David was chairman of Hailsham Citizen's Advice Bureau
and is a past President of Eastbourne Law Society.
David
has a loyal following of clients who appreciate his dedication to
their cases and has expertise in all areas of Criminal Law. He is
based in our Eastbourne office.
