Kevin
Light is a Director of Bishop & Light Solicitors. Kevin qualified as
a Solicitor in 1989. He was a
founding partner of the firm in 1995.
Kevin
specialises in Litigation and Advocacy in complex cases in the Crown
Court and has particular expertise in serious and complicated fraud
cases. Kevin was the litigator in the landmark cases of R v Preddy
(mortgage fraud) and R v Saik (Money Laundering). Much of his work
is in the area of financial crime, including cases under the
Proceeds of Crime Act.
