Lucinda
studied Law at Sussex University and the College of Law, Guildford.
She has been working at Bishop and Light since 2002 when she became
an Accredited Police Station Advisor. She qualified as a Solicitor
in 2006 and since then has specialised in all areas of Criminal Law,
in particular advocacy in the Magistrates Court.
Lucinda
has now acquired rights of audience in the Higher Courts and has
both a Criminal and Civil Higher Courts Certificate and is developing her Crown Court practise.
Lucinda
has developed a strong reputation in defending those facing Benefit
Fraud investigations and prosecutions, which includes attending
interviews under caution, benefit appeal tribunals and court
proceedings.
Lucinda
is a National Executive Committee member of the Junior Lawyers
Division of the Law Society and Chair of the Sussex branch of the
JLD. She volunteers on the Junior Lawyers
