Putting
your case to the Court can be a daunting prospect, even in the most
apparently straightforward of cases. Our
lawyers are trained in the advocacy skills needed to present your
case and, most importantly, to get the best result for you.
Cases
may be dealt with on the basis of an hourly rate or a fixed fee. We
can discuss with you the most suitable charging structure, which
will depend upon the seriousness, complexity and urgency of your
case.
We set out
our hourly rates further down this page and below set out guideline
fixed fees for very straightforward cases. Please call or e mail us
and we can inform you of the basis on which we can take your
case.
In
all cases we require payment in advance of the hearing and can
accept Debit or Credit card payments by telephone.
