Pippa
started her Legal Career at the Law Commission and since 1995 has
worked in Criminal Defence. She qualified as a Solicitor in 1997 and
spent a year working within the United States legal system, in
Baltimore.
Pippa
joined Heringtons, Eastbourne, in 1998 and there combined her
Criminal practice with Mental Health Tribunal work. She is a
member of the Law Society Mental Health Tribunal specialist panel of
lawyers.
She
now focuses primarily on Mental Health tribunal work but also
maintains her interest in Criminal Law, and in 2009 represented a
defendant in a very high profile murder case.
She
has particular experience in Forensic Mental Health cases and in
representing those detained with Restriction Orders.
