When defending a case of internet crime we sometimes need to match the Prosecution expertise if the provenance of unlawful material is disputed. We have access to computer experts. That means we can challenge the digital evidence from the prosecution and where appropriate present our own evidence.

Much of it is related to sex crimes, including creating, possessing or distributing indecent images and extreme pornography. It can sometimes have an international element. We will deal withyour case in a discreet and non judgmental way.
Sex Offenders register
If you are on the sex offenders register or subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and are accused of breaching the terms, we can represent you.
In appropriate circumstances we can seek the variation or discharge of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order, especially a very old one.
