If you hit 12 penalty points in 3 years then you will be disqualified from driving as a "totter" unless you can demonstrate mitigating circumstances. This might include exceptional hardship to you or others that would result from your disqualification. If you are a "new" driver then your licence will be revoked and you must retake your test if you hit 6 points. We can advise you on whether this might apply in your case and if so argue your case in Court.
In some cases there may be "Special Reasons" as to why your licence should not be endorsed.
